I'm sick and tired of this idea that people think that having talent is the only way to become successful. Talent is a wonderful thing to have, but there's one fight it will never win.

I don't care how talented you are, when it's competitor is hard work it will get knocked out every single time.

There are so many people with natural born talent, but while some do use it to help further their lives, others never use it to their advantage.

I can't sit here and tell you I'm unbelievably talented at anything, because I'm not. But I can promise you this...

The only thing I know is that it doesn't matter where I am, or what I'm doing, no one will be a harder worker than me. 

The reason I can guarantee this is because it's in my control. I can't control if someone has more talent, but I can sure as hell can determine how hard I work.

I can not accept the fact that someone is working harder than me, because putting in all of my effort and dedication is what I pride myself on.

Hard work isn't a talent, it's a mindset. I think that's why I get along with people who work hard, because in the end we have the same goal, and that is success. We don't need people who aren't going to give it there all around us.  

I like to relate this concept back to just as an example, we all have that desire within us to work our best, and I just want you to realize YOU CAN DO IT. 

As Derek Jeter says "There may people who have more talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you."

The only way to truly feel successful, is by giving it everything you got. Once you feel like you have nothing left to give, that's when you know you beat all the talent in the room.

Don't forget though each day is an opportunity to Get Better, and you should always be able to give a little bit more!
